The Apogée Immobilier agency puts at your disposal all its technical, legal and accounting skills, necessary for the management of your co-ownership.
Thanks to their experience, Romain and his team are committed to preserving the general interest of all the co-owners and will ensure that all the common areas of the building and its facilities are maintained in a good state of use. Our mission is to monitor the maintenance and the numerous, complex and evolving regulatory obligations relating to your co-ownership.
As syndic of co-ownership, it is our duty to administer and manage the finances of the co-ownership. By the same token, by ensuring a regulated management of the building that suits all the co-owners, our missions are twofold:
- The first concerns financial management, for which we will notably draw up a provisional budget for the co-ownership, keep the accounts of the syndicate and their annexes up to date, and organise general meetings in order to vote on them.
- Our second mission as syndic is related to administrative management and consists in particular of the application and execution of the co-ownership regulations, amendments and decisions voted at the General Assembly (GA).
More generally, in consultation with the syndical council (when there is one), our aim is to administer your co-ownership and to manage the issues related to life in co-ownership.
Thus, our missions also concern :
- The control of charges (calls for funds, monitoring expenses, recovery of unpaid charges, etc.),
- Technical follow-up (major works or routine interventions, claims management, etc.),
- The maintenance of your co-ownership (various maintenance contracts, cleaning, fire safety, lift, automatic gate, softener, etc.).
Our qualities as a mediator and organiser, but also as a building technician, are real assets in ensuring a good understanding between co-owners, and we will do our utmost to satisfy all requests for better management of your co-ownership.
